The fine print, made clear

Perovscope provides a procurement platform that connects solar equipment buyers with verified suppliers and EPCs in Pakistan. The Service is intended for business and professional use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit false or misleading information in any form, request, or profile
• Attempt to circumvent the platform by taking buyer-supplier relationships off-platform to avoid agreed processes
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
• Attempt to access any portion of the Service for which you have not been authorized

As a buyer using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements when submitting a procurement request
• Engage with supplier quotes and feedback in good faith
• Not use supplier quotes, proposals, or data obtained through the platform for purposes outside of evaluating the specific project request submitted

As a supplier listed on the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your products, certifications, and capabilities
• Submit quotes that honestly reflect your current pricing and availability
• Maintain the certifications and compliance standards represented on your profile
• Treat buyer information received through the platform with confidentiality

All content on the Perovscope platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Perovscope or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By submitting content (such as product descriptions, certifications, or project details), you grant Perovscope a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Perovscope does not guarantee the accuracy of supplier profiles, certifications, or pricing information displayed on the platform.

Perovscope is a procurement facilitation platform — we do not manufacture, sell, or install solar equipment, and we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from buyer-supplier interactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perovscope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
